The new pier is 167 meters long and has 80 berths. Most berths are equipped with boat booms, but on the outside of the pier, part of the berths for short term quests feature Mediterranean Mooring Systems which are new to the region. The Med-Mooring adds flexibility and allows larger boats to moor at the dock.

Asikkala municipality replaced the old breakwater pontoons in 2019. The marina is exposed for north and northwest winds and waves and required better wave protection than what the old breakwater pontoons supplied.

The marina is mainly for permanent berth owners and the new breakwater pontoons have both permanent berths on the inside of the marina and temporary berths on the outside of the pontoon for visitors.

Marinetek used the experience it gained in building urban swimming arenas in Gibraltar, Norway and Denmark to develop the Allas concept but broadened the scope yet further. Now fully operational, the facility offers a year-round spa, pools and saunas, as well as a floating deck with a separate lounge and sports areas. The pools are filled with either heated fresh water or filtered seawater.

Covering a total area of 2,700m², the centre has been partly built using modules. This proven formula enables Marinetek to rearrange or dismantle the pontoons to change the shape.

Three swimming pools are included in the scheme and all are embedded in a single floating platform fully decked with Finnish spruce.
